Shopping Center Rehabilitation
The strip shopping center has been upgraded with a new roof and façade. The work was done in stages and will continue over a longer period of time.  At this point not all shops could be completed and site furnishings and landscaping have not been started.  The vehicular and pedestrian circulation will be changed to allow a new approach to the center.
Flex Space
Seven independent units ranging from 2,500 SF to 5,000 SF are separated by firewalls. Each unit contains warehouse space with limited front offices and parking. The building  comprises a total of 25,000 SF.
Warehousing
The existing manufacturing facility was in need of an additional 15,000 SF warehouse space with Boiler- and Mechanic’s Room. New parking facilities had to be provided in the rear of the plant. The new space is separated from the existing facilities by firewalls and has been equipped with sprinklers.
